With 40 years of experience behind him on the guitar, Alexander aims to raise the level of amateur guitar-playing up a notch with his wide range of arrangements and piano transcriptions, from renaissance to rock, which include guitar accompaniment for voice, and several arrangements for 7-string guitar.
Already in the 1980s McGill university issued Alexander several certificates for ear-training (with distinction) and on the guitar and music theory. And in 1997 he received a Bachelor's at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. After moving to Switzerland Alexander taught young learners the guitar at American & British schools for several years. His range of musical interests and styles are broad.
